Returns Policy
***For any returns, contact us on our “Contact Us” page. Below are the guidelines we will follow first.***
With the Digital Products we sell on our webpage we have no way of doing a return. Once you buy the digital file that file is yours. This includes the digital eBooks, audiobooks, and PDF files.
When you purchase the Hardback or Softback Books, it is with another party. However, there are No Returns with them. Contact us on our Contact Page, and we will do our best to work with you.
If you are having trouble opening or using your file try the steps below. If you’re still having trouble send us a message using our Contact Page.
**File Use Steps**
**Always Make A Copy Of The Original PDF Files Before Using The Images In Any Drawing Or Illustrating Program!!!**
1. Download Zip File (You can choose where to download your Zip file, or you will already have an automated place to download files; for example, the Zip file is downloaded into the Downloads files or onto the Desktop.) Your Zip file download link will be emailed to you.
2. Uncompress the Zip File first before opening the file. (Uncompressing can be either dragging and dropping the files out of the Zip File onto the desktop or into another file (Open the Zip File by double clicking or tapping on the file), or Selecting the Zip File and then selecting the Uncompress action.) All files must be removed or copied out of a Zip file before they can be used properly.
3. Open the Files by double clicking on the ePub File or one of the PDF files in the Activity Book Folder, or right click a file to choose which program or app to use the file in.
4. Read the ePub book in an eBook app or another program that opens the ePub File. Print the PDF Files from your computer or device. (If using the file in a drawing program to color or do the activity with, always make a copy of the file first.)

***Newsletter Notice***
If you have not received a Welcome E-mail in two days after the day you have subscribed, then you may have a failed e-mail address, and the Newsletter will not e-mail to you. Re-enter your e-mail again in the subscribe box at the bottom of the Home Page. Double and triple check your e-mail before re-sending it. If again you have not received a Welcome E-mail then send us a message on the Contact Page with your e-mail.
Physical Products
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted on our Contact Page within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted on our Contact Page no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
For Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.
